Heath and Kim are third-generation San Jose natives. Heath has been selling plumbing for 20 years and became frustrated working for companies that wouldn't provide the level of customer service he wanted to offer, so in 2003, he and his sister, Kim, decided to open SisBro Decorative Plumbing.
Kim is a woman who knows how to pay a bill; she handles customer service and office management at SisBro. Sometime, ask her about Peter Jackson's "Lord of the Rings" trilogy; she's an incredible fan.

I visited the showroom of SisBro and was amazed, delighted, and comfortable. It is a unique showroom with high quality products. The service was awesome. Heath and Kim, (and Shane) are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable people who, if they don't have it, will get it for you. It is the only place you need to go to take care of all your pluming needs. Love it, love them.

SisBro Decorative Plumbing -
Recently, I brought a Hansgrohe shower set from SisBro Plumbing to be install in my quarter shower. It may sound easy for an experienced plumber to install a shower set, but, in my case, the plumber never installed any shower set made by Hansgrohe before. As he was trying to install the shower set, he damaged most of the important parts. It was so fortunate that I brought this shower set from SisBro because SisBro replaced all the damaged parts free of charge and provided professional service promptly. SisBro, your outstanding services are greatly appreciated.
